- Install, configure, and maintain network devices (routers, switches, firewalls)
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues
- Ensure network security and data protection
- Support LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, and internet connectivity
- Collaborate with IT team to improve system performance
- Maintain documentation of network systems

- Bachelor’s degree in information technology related field of study with a junior network engineering
focus.
- Understanding TCP/IP OSI Model
- Understanding of network infrastructure Layer2/Layer3, LAN, WAN, NAT, VLAN, Trucking, EtherChannel,
STP, FHRP.
- Understanding Switch/Router, Wireless.
- Understanding of network security IPsec, VPN, NGFW Firewall, Threat prevention, Anti-Virus, IPS.
- Completed CCNA1,2 or 3 training course is preferred.
- Ability to quickly learn new or unfamiliar technology and networking/security products.
- Ability to work with team, work independently and honestly.
