Fully responsible for the overall operation planning and implementation of C-end/B-end products, setting phased operational goals (such as C-end user growth, retention and conversion; B-end customer expansion, monetization), and breaking down and executing strategies, responsible for the final business results.
Lead in-feed ad strategy development and optimization, responsible for TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, SEM/SEO, in-feed ad and other multi-channel delivery, control delivery budget, creatives creativity, bid adjustment, improve ROI, and precipitate in-feed ad methodology that can be reused.
Deeply carry out operational data analysis, build a core data indicator system (C-end: DAU/MAU, conversion rate, Re-purchase Rate, etc.; B-end: lead volume, transaction rate, customer LTV, etc.), mine data pain points through tools such as Excel, SQL, GA, output optimization solutions, and promote implementation.
Plan and execute whole-link marketing activities (such as C-end new user acquisition activities, holiday promotions, user referrals; B-end industry salons, customer appreciation meetings, channel cooperation activities), control the entire process from demand research, program design, resource coordination to landing review, and enhance the influence and conversion effect of the activities.
Responsible for building the Product Operation ecosystem, focusing on user lifecycle management (acquisition-activation-retention-conversion-recommendation) for the C-end, optimizing the user experience; connecting with customer needs for the B-end, promoting function iteration and service optimization with product and sales teams, and improving customer satisfaction and contract renewal rates.
Track industry trends and competing product operation strategies, conduct differentiation analysis, output competing product analysis reports, and provide a basis for product iteration and operation strategy adjustment.
Build and manage the operation team (if any), set team work goals and assessment standards, guide team members to carry out work, and improve the overall operation ability of the team; XFN collaborates with product, technology, marketing, sales and other teams to promote the efficient implementation of operation-related projects.
Responsible for writing and outputting documents related to operation, including operation planning, activity plans, data reports, review summaries, etc
IV. Job requirements
Bachelor's degree or above, majors in marketing, business administration, computer science, journalism and communication are preferred.
5 years or more experience in Internet operation, with at least 2 years of leading experience in independently responsible for whole-link operation of C-end or B-end products, and experience in mixed operation of C/B-end products is preferred.
Proficient in in-feed ad operation, with practical experience in mainstream channels such as TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, SEM/SEO, in-feed ad, etc., with explosive cases or successful cases of significant improvement in in-feed ad ROI as evidence.
Possess solid operational analysis skills, proficient in using Data Analysis tools such as Excel (Vlookup, Pivot Table), SQL, GA, Sensors, etc., able to solve problems through Data Discovery, propose solutions, and promote optimization.
Skilled in marketing event planning and execution, with experience in building event systems from scratch, able to design accurate and effective event plans based on product stages and target audiences, and have complete experience in event review.
Possess excellent English communication and work skills, able to fluently use English for business communication, document writing, and email exchange. If you can also speak Chinese, that would be great.
