• Source and evaluate suppliers/vendors.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and payment terms.
• Process purchase requests and issue purchase orders.
• Track orders to ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain supplier records and update databases.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with warehouse/operations.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement standards.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 1–3 years of procurement or supply chain experience.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office; ERP experience is an advantage.
• Detail-oriented and well-organized.
