- Identify and develop new business opportunities in Phnom Penh
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
- Present, promote, and sell products/services to clients
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
- Follow up on leads and handle customer inquiries
- Prepare sales reports and update customer records
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
- 1–3 years of sales experience (fresh graduates are welcome)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- driven with a positive attitude
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, CRM is a plus)
- Good command of Khmer and basic English
- Knowledge of Phnom Penh market is an advantage
