- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets
- Lead, supervise, and motivate the sales team to maximize performance
- Identify new business opportunities and expand customer base
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients
- Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities
- Collaborate with marketing and other departments to drive growth
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in sales, with at least 1–2 years in a managerial role
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Ability to analyze data and market trends
- Good command of English (Khmer is a plus)
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work under pressure
