- Supervise daily front office operations and support the Front Office Manager
- Lead and monitor reception staff to ensure excellent customer service
- Handle guest/client inquiries, complaints, and escalate when necessary
- Assist with check-in/check-out or visitor handling processes
- Prepare daily reports, schedules, and front desk records
- Ensure reception area is clean, organized, and professional
- Train new staff and maintain service standards
- Coordinate with other departments for smooth operations
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree Hospitality, Business, or related field
- 2–4 years of experience in front office or customer service
- Previous supervisory experience is preferred
- Good communication skills in Khmer and English
- Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lead a team and work under pressure
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, front desk systems)
- Friendly, well-groomed, and professional attitude
