- Oversee daily front office operations and ensure professional customer service
- Supervise reception team and manage staff schedules
- Handle guest/client inquiries, complaints, and provide solutions promptly
- Ensure smooth check-in/check-out or visitor handling processes
- Maintain front desk systems, records, and reports
- Coordinate with other departments for efficient service delivery
- Train and develop front office staff to maintain service standards
- Ensure office presentation and reception area are well maintained
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field
- 3–5+ years of experience in front office or customer service management
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in Khmer and English (Chinese is a plus in Phnom Penh market)
- Good problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Proficient in MS Office and/or front office systems
- Well-presented, professional, and customer-focused attitude
