- Manage daily office administration and ensure smooth operations
- Coordinate with suppliers, landlords, and service providers
- Supervise admin staff (receptionist, office assistant, drivers, cleaners)
- Handle office supplies, inventory, and facility maintenance
- Organize meetings, travel arrangements, and company events
- Maintain proper documentation, contracts, and filing systems
- Support finance team with invoices, petty cash, and basic reporting
- Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
- 4 – 6 years of admin experience, preferably in Cambodia
- Good knowledge of local vendor management and office operations
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Good communication skills in English and Khmer
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
- High level of responsibility, attention to detail, and integrity
