- Analyze and improve upstream production processes to increase efficiency and reduce waste
- Conduct time studies, line balancing, and capacity planning
- Monitor production performance and identify bottlenecks
- Collaborate with production, planning, and quality teams to optimize workflow
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, 5S, Kaizen)
- Prepare reports on productivity, efficiency, and process improvements
- Manage, organize, and control Upstream Process from Warehouse to Supermarket
- Work with planning and cutting manager for arranging cut Plan base on PCD and aligned with material supply
- Collaborate with technical and sample room for sewing method improvement during development stage make it ready with folder and templates for production.
- Method engineering to improve Pre-assembly process capacity (Strap making, Molding, elastic cut… Extra)
- Improve lead time of MQA process (Re look on SOP and MQA process)
- Improve Cutting capacity, Paring Capacity (Standard lay length, piles, Utilization machine capacity)
- Manage Supermarket WIP at least 3 days in advance for sewing line.
- Discipline workers and train workers to follow the SOP
- Provide 5S system for each department in upstream Fabric Wearhouse, Trim Wearhouse, Cutting, Paring, Supermarket.
- Follow Up with Production assistant and Production manager for daily arrange loading plan to support Production line
- Attend and keep PP meetings with the team for next styles.
- Collaborate with Planning, PPC, IE, QA-QC and Mechanic team to improve factory.
- Control material usage and minimize wastage
- Enforce compliance with company policies, 5S and safety.
