- Manage, organize, and control daily production activities across 15 lines
- Follow up shipment schedule/Delivery and loading Plan.
- Resolve all matters what happen in production.
- Control production WIP and check planning (Cut, Sew, Pack and delivery)
- Making catch up plan output to support delivery shipment schedule.
- Control operation lines and training to down level based on quality standards.
- Discipline workers and teach the production method.
- Provide 5S system for production lines.
- Keep pushing and monitoring the sewing lines ensure to achieve the daily target output and
efficiency.
- Attend and keep PP meetings with the team for next styles.
- Collaborate with Planning, PPC, IE, QA-QC and Mechanic team to improve factory.
- Control material usage and minimize wastage
- Enforce compliance with company policies, 5S and safety.

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in product management or related roles (for junior level)
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Good communication and teamwork abilities
- Basic understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with digital products or mobile applications is a plus
- Good command of English and Khmer
