- 5+ years of experience in creative design, branding, or advertising.
- Proven experience in a leadership or creative management role.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating creative direction and campaign work.
- Proficiency in creative tools (Adobe Creative Suite or similar).
- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
- Experience in digital marketing and social media content is a plus.
