- Manage the CEO’s calendar, meetings, and appointments
- Prepare reports, presentations, and business documents
- Coordinate communication between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders
- Assist in project tracking and follow-up on key initiatives
- Organize meetings, prepare minutes, and follow up on action items
- Handle confidential information with professionalism
- Support travel arrangements and event coordination when required
- Perform other tasks assigned by the CEO
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
- 2–5 years of experience as Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication skills in English and Khmer (Chinese is a plus)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to handle confidential information and work independently
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking ability
- Professional attitude and attention to detail
