• Prepare sales & marketing plan
• Ensure implementation of the agreed plans through the sale/marketing team.
• Plan & conduct / support Sales Force to organize group presentations, KOLs meetings and exhibition.
• Implement training programs as per Dept’s training plan.
• Analyses sale and customer trend.
• Create/update brochure and leaflet for Med Representative’s.
• Handle customer’s complains about the assigned products/principal
• Go on field for KOL visit with sale force team frequently to maintain and strengthen good customer relationship;
• Conduct training to sale teams and medical representatives about new products; Product refreshment, Key message, tactic to relationship with customer
• Conduct meeting with Doctor’s and pharmacy at Department of Hospital and private sectors.
• Ensure that the code of conduct and code of ethics is followed at levels within your responsibility area.
• Other task assigned by the Business Unit Manager.
• MD/B.Pharm
• 4-5 Years of work experience in product and marketing management.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
