- Manage and maintain company databases and information systems.
- Collect, analyze, and prepare reports for management.
- Ensure accuracy and timely updating of data.
- Support departments with data analysis and system reports.
- Monitor system performance and resolve basic technical issues.
- Maintain data security and backup systems.
- Coordinate with IT or other departments when system improvements are needed
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- At least 1–2 years of experience in MIS, data analysis, or related roles.
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel, databases, and reporting tools.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Basic English communication is preferred.
