- Coordinate customer orders and shipment schedules
- Communicate with sales teams, suppliers, and logistics partners
- Track shipments and resolve delivery issues
- Prepare invoices, shipping documents, and order reports
- Monitor inventory levels and update order status
- Ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records in CRM or logistics systems
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field (preferred)
- 1–3 years experience in sales support, logistics, or supply chain roles
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Experience with CRM, ERP, or logistics tracking systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
- Ability to manage multiple orders and deadlines remotely
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
