-Supervise daily administrative operations to ensure smooth office functioning.
-Manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities maintenance.
-Supervise and support admin staff and assign tasks.
-Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and building management.
-Maintain company documents, records, and administrative systems.
-Support management with scheduling, reporting, and internal coordination.
-Ensure office policies and procedures are followed.
-Assist HR or management with company events, meetings, and logistics.
-Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
-2–3 years experience in administration or office management.
-Strong organizational and communication skills.
-Ability to supervise staff and manage multiple tasks.
-Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
-Good problem-solving and time management skills.
-Able to communicate in English and Khmer.
-Responsible, detail-oriented, and proactive.
