-Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information about services or products.
-Process customer orders, requests, and service documentation.
-Coordinate with operations, sales, and logistics teams to ensure timely service delivery.
-Handle customer complaints and resolve issues efficiently.
-Maintain and update customer records and reports.
-Support daily operational tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
-Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
-1 years experience in customer service or operations support.
-Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
-Proficient in Microsoft Office.
-Good communication in Khmer; basic English is an advantage.
