-Coordinate with the sales team to process and fulfill customer orders.
-Manage delivery schedules and ensure on-time product distribution.
-Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse operations.
-Supervise logistics staff, drivers, and distribution activities.
-Resolve delivery or order issues and maintain customer satisfaction.
-Prepare logistics performance reports and improve operational efficiency.

-Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
-Minimum 2 years experience in logistics, distribution, or sales operations.
-Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills.
-Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
-Good English communication is an advantage.
