-Supervise daily store operations and staff activities
-Ensure store cleanliness, proper display, and visual merchandising standards
-Support the team to achieve monthly sales targets
-Provide excellent customer service and handle customer complaints professionally
-Prepare staff work schedules and manage attendance
-Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment
-Conduct regular stock counts and ensure inventory accuracy
-Oversee cash handling and daily sales reporting
-Report store performance and operational issues to management
-Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (preferred)
-At least 2–3 years of retail experience
-Strong leadership and team management skills
-Good communication and interpersonal skills
-Sales-oriented and customer-focused
-Problem-solving ability and attention to detail
-Basic knowledge of inventory management
-Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
-Able to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays
