-Supervise daily construction activities on site.
-Ensure work is carried out according to drawings, specifications, and schedule.
-Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and project team.
-Monitor site safety and ensure compliance with regulations.
-Prepare site reports, progress updates, and material requests.
-Inspect and control quality of materials and workmanship.
-Resolve technical issues at site efficiently.

-Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
-2–3years of experience in construction/site supervision.
-Good knowledge of construction methods and safety standards.
-Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
-Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
-Proficient in MS Office and AutoCAD.
-Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
