- Supervise and train cafe staff, ensuring excellent service standards are consistently met.
-Manage daily operations, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and ordering supplies.
-Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a timely and professional manner.
-Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, cleanliness standards, and company policies.
-Monitor and maintain the quality of food and beverages served, ensuring consistency and customer satisfaction.
-Assist in preparing and serving food and drinks during peak hours.
