• - Arrangement of export/import shipments.
• - providing customers with quality service, answer customer inquiries, handle customer complaints, ensure that customers have a clear understanding of the logistics process, and solve problems encountered by customers.
• - Receive export/import booking from shipper, checking and confirming with shipper before import shipment delivery to the destination, booking space and complete customs clearance for export shipment.
• - Completed information to System purpose issue Bill/Invoice.
• - Reviewing all documents ensuring completeness and accuracy.
• - Reviewing and following up the documents process from the beginning to end process.
• - Preparing, checking document before submission documents to customs broker.
• - Follow up with customs broker to make sure that documents submission is approved on time.
• - Coordinate with clearance team ensuring that import shipment is done clearance on time.
• - Trucking arrangement to pick up import container and delivery on time to the customers location effectively.
• - Keeping follow up of import container from the port until customer/consignee location.
• - Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing or any business related fields.
• - At least 1-year experience in Customer Service.
• - Ability to articulate and simplify customer issues and solution.
• - Good spoken and written Khmer/English.
• - Be computer literate especially in Microsoft Office.
• - Working Day: Monday-Saturday (Half Day)
• - Working Hour: 8am-5pm
• - Able to work in Chamkarmon Area.
• - Willing to work longer.
