-Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, including order processing, data entry, and preparing sales reports.
-Maintain accurate records of customer information, sales orders, and invoicing details.

-Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive customer experience.
-Prepare and update sales presentations and materials.
-Monitor inventory levels and assist in managing stock orders.

-Process sales contracts, proposals, and other relevant documents.
-Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Khmer (English proficiency is a plus).
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
-Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
-Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
-Strong problem-solving skills and customer service focus.
-Knowledge of CRM software and sales tracking tools is a plus.
