-Identify and generate new business opportunities by actively prospecting and meeting potential clients outside of the office.
-Promote and sell company products/services to customers in the assigned territory.
-Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high customer satisfaction and repeat business.
-Conduct presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiations to close sales deals.
-Develop and implement strategies to meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
-Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential business opportunities.
-Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, sales activities, and reports.
-Collaborate with the internal team to ensure smooth product delivery and customer support.
-Provide feedback to management on customer needs, concerns, and market conditions.
-High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields is a plus.
-2+ years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in outdoor or field sales.
-Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
-Excellent communication and negotiation skills in both Khmer and English.
-Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with clients.
-Self-motivated and results-driven with a proactive approach to sales.
-Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks.
-Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tracking tools is an advantage.
-Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the designated area.
