-Install, maintain, and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems in buildings and facilities.
-Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance of MEP systems to ensure optimal performance.
-Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to electrical circuits, HVAC systems, plumbing, and other mechanical systems.
-Assist in the commissioning and start-up of new MEP systems and equipment.
-Follow safety protocols and ensure compliance with relevant local regulations and standards.
-Collaborate with project managers and engineers to complete MEP installations on time and within budget.
-Maintain accurate records of work performed, including service logs and inventory control.
-Respond to emergency breakdowns and provide timely solutions to minimize system downtime.
-Ensure proper documentation and reporting of all work activities.
-High school diploma or technical certificate in Electrical, Mechanical, or related fields (MEP-specific training preferred).
-2+ years of experience working with MEP systems (mechanical, electrical, plumbing).
-Strong knowledge of MEP system installation, repair, and troubleshooting.
-Familiarity with local building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
-Ability to use diagnostic tools and testing equipment to assess MEP systems.
-Good communication skills in both English and Khmer (spoken and written).
-Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
-Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
-Willingness to work on-site, including after-hours or emergency callouts when necessary.
