Strategic Planning: Define operation strategies and growth goals, including user acquisition, retention, and monetization.
User Operations: Manage the full user lifecycle (new users, engagement, retention) and build user systems such as segmentation or membership.
Content & Activity Operations: Plan and execute content and online/offline activities to increase engagement and conversion.
Data Analysis: Analyze user behavior and operational performance to optimize strategies.
XFN Collaboration: Work closely with product, tech, and marketing teams to achieve business objectives.

Monetization (ads, e-commerce, paid conversions)
Growth marketing and user acquisition (SEO/SEM, ads, channels)
Bachelor’s degree or above
Strong data sense, results orientation, logical thinking, and communication skills
Experience in internet product operations is preferred
