Assist in collecting business data from departments such as Sales, Marketing, and Service; organize and produce analytical reports to support the development of growth strategies;
2. Follow up on the sales contract signing process, provide advice on contract compliance, and, upon completion of the signing procedure, submit to relevant departments for merchant delivery arrangements;
3. Participate in the execution and coordination of specific growth initiatives (e.g., marketing campaigns, customer conversion programs, and sales tool optimization), ensuring task implementation across departments;
4. Help optimize cross-functional workflows, monitor the effectiveness of process tools, and offer practical improvement recommendations;
5. Conduct daily monitoring and compile brief reports on industry trends in restaurant management systems, competitor activity, and customer feedback;
6. Calculate monthly performance-based salaries for Marketing Center staff and submit the results to the Human Resources Department for payroll processing;
7. Assist in consolidating KPI/OKR data from relevant departments and follow up on the planning, scheduling, and preliminary analysis of performance evaluation cycles;
8. Manage the customer relationship and customer satisfaction of marketing center department.
9. Support the Growth Manager in basic HRBP tasks such as talent reviews and workforce mapping;
10. Help collect job recruitment needs, coordinate with the HR Department on recruitment processes, and assist with organizing training sessions, employee interviews, and satisfaction surveys;
11. Drive digital transformation and transformation, change employees' working habits, and improve project operation efficiency;
12. Support internal cultural initiatives within the Marketing Center, including team-building events, employee recognition, and day-to-day communications and coordination.
-Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
-Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
-Language Skills: Fluent in Mandarin Chinese (spoken and written) and English.
-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
-Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
-Experience with data analysis tools and reporting software (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
