-Ensure logistics operations comply with local, regional, and international laws and regulations.
-Review and update internal logistics policies and procedures to maintain compliance.
-Monitor and track compliance with safety standards, environmental regulations, and customs requirements.
-Conduct regular audits and inspections of logistics processes and documentation.
-Prepare compliance reports and provide recommendations for improvement.
-Liaise with government agencies, customs authorities, and other relevant organizations regarding compliance matters.
-Investigate any compliance issues or breaches and develop corrective actions.
-Train staff and stakeholders on compliance requirements and best practices in logistics operations.
-Stay updated on new regulations and industry trends affecting logistics and supply chain compliance.

-Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
-Minimum of 2 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or compliance roles.
-Strong knowledge of logistics regulations, safety standards, and customs compliance.
-Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
-Ability to analyze complex logistics processes and identify compliance risks.
-Strong communication skills in both Khmer and English (verbal and written).
-Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and logistics management software.
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
-Experience with international shipping, import/export regulations, and customs procedures.
-Certification in Logistics or Supply Chain Management (e.g., CSCP, CLP) is a plus.
