-Advise clients on Cambodian labor law, employee rights, workplace disputes, and compliance with labor regulations.
-Draft, review, and negotiate labor contracts, employment agreements, and settlement agreements.
-Represent clients in labor disputes, including court cases, arbitrations, and mediation sessions.
-Provide guidance on workplace policies, employee benefits, termination procedures, and occupational health and safety issues.
-Stay updated on changes to national and international labor laws and regulations.
-Conduct legal research and provide legal opinions on complex labor law matters.
-Support employers in creating and implementing compliant HR policies and practices.
-Provide training and legal workshops on labor law and employee rights.
-Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law (LL.B. or LL.M.) with a focus on Labor and Employment Law.
-Experience: Minimum of 3 years of legal experience in labour law, preferably in Cambodia or Southeast Asia.
-In-depth knowledge of Cambodian labor laws, regulations, and labor dispute resolution processes.
-Proven experience in handling labor disputes, employment contracts, and employee relations.
-Strong legal research, writing, and drafting skills.
-Excellent communication skills (in Khmer and English).
-Ability to negotiate, mediate, and advocate effectively on behalf of clients.
-Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
-Familiarity with both local and international labor standards.
