-Conduct economic research and data analysis on macroeconomic, microeconomic, and sectoral issues.
-Collect, clean, and analyze economic data from various sources (government reports, market surveys, databases).
-Prepare detailed reports, policy briefs, and presentations based on research findings.
-Develop economic models and forecasts to assess economic trends and potential impacts.
-Provide recommendations to policymakers, stakeholders, and businesses based on research results.
-Stay updated on local, regional, and global economic developments and trends.
-Collaborate with other researchers, analysts, and external partners on joint research projects.
-Support the creation of economic reports and publications for both internal and public distribution.
-Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Finance, Statistics, or a related field.
-Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in economic research, data analysis, or a related role. Experience in Cambodia’s economic landscape is a plus.
-Strong quantitative and qualitative analysis skills.
-Proficiency in statistical software (e.g., SPSS, Stata, R, or Python).
-Ability to interpret complex economic data and translate it into actionable insights.
-Strong writing and presentation skills for creating reports and communicating findings.
-Understanding of Cambodian and Southeast Asian economies and key economic indicators.
-Ability to work independently and in a collaborative research environment.
-Good knowledge of economic modeling, forecasting, and econometrics.
