-Plan and create diverse, innovative, and delicious menus.
-Oversee daily kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation.
-Ensure all food is prepared to the highest quality standards and served in a timely manner.
-Manage kitchen staff, provide training, and ensure effective team coordination.
-Monitor inventory levels and order ingredients as needed to ensure availability.
-Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, adhering to health and safety regulations.
-Control food costs, waste, and ensure efficient use of ingredients.
-Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests regarding food preparation and dietary requirements.
-Stay up-to-date with food trends, new cooking techniques, and ingredients.
-Proven experience as a Chef, with at least 2-3 years in a leadership role in a restaurant or hotel kitchen.
-Culinary degree or relevant certification preferred.
-Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, food safety standards, and kitchen equipment.
-Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
-Creativity and ability to design diverse and appealing menus.
-Ability to manage, motivate, and lead kitchen staff.
-Good communication skills in both Khmer and English.
