-Develop and implement effective procurement strategies and plans aligned with company goals.
-Source and evaluate suppliers, negotiating favorable terms and conditions to secure competitive pricing.
-Manage and monitor the procurement process from purchase order creation to delivery, ensuring compliance with company policies.
-Ensure timely procurement of goods and services to meet project and operational requirements.
-Maintain supplier relationships, resolve issues, and ensure continuous improvement in supplier performance.
-Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., finance, production, logistics) to forecast needs and optimize inventory management.
-Prepare and present procurement reports, budgets, and cost-saving initiatives to management.
-Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and supplier developments to inform purchasing decisions.
-Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
-Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in procurement or purchasing, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
-In-depth knowledge of procurement processes, contract negotiations, and supplier management.
-Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
-Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
-Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office and procurement software (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
-Fluent in both Khmer and English, written and spoken.
