-Manage day-to-day purchasing activities, including sourcing, negotiating, and ordering materials and services.
-Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure competitive pricing, quality, and timely deliveries.
-Develop and implement effective purchasing strategies to optimize cost, quality, and lead times.
-Monitor inventory levels and forecast purchasing needs in collaboration with the production and logistics teams.
-Review and evaluate supplier performance and resolve any supply chain issues.
-Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and legal requirements in the procurement process.
-Prepare and maintain purchasing reports, budget forecasts, and performance metrics.
-Stay updated on market trends, new products, and suppliers to ensure the best purchasing decisions.
-Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
-At least 3-5 years of experience in purchasing or procurement, with some experience in a managerial or supervisory role.
-Strong knowledge of procurement processes, vendor management, and contract negotiations.
-Proven ability to manage purchasing budgets and analyze costs.
-Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
-Strong organizational and time management abilities.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office and procurement software (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
-Fluency in Khmer and English, both written and spoken.
