1. Conduct research and gather data on labor force demands from factories, business associations, and other industrial stakeholders.
2. Analyze workforce trends, skills gaps, and emerging needs in the Cambodian industrial sector.
3. Liaise with TVET schools to align training programs with current and projected labor market needs.
4. Collaborate with Cambodia Chamber of Commerce, business associations, and relevant government agencies to ensure industry requirements are accurately represented in TVET curricula.
5. Develop reports and recommendations for curriculum development, workforce planning, and human capital strategies.
6. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of TVET programs in meeting industry demands.
7. Provide advisory support to TVET institutions, policy makers, and stakeholders on industrial relations and workforce development strategies.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Relations, Human Resource Management, Labor Studies, or business related field.
Experience:
• Minimum 3–5 years of professional experience in industrial relations, labor market research, or workforce planning.
• Experience working with TVET institutions, business associations, or chambers of commerce is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with Cambodian labor laws, industrial practices, and workforce development frameworks.
Skills:
• Strong research and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with stakeholders.
• Ability to translate labor market needs into practical recommendations for TVET programs.
• Proficient in data collection, report writing, and presentation of findings.
Other Requirements:
• Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple projects.
• Ability to work collaboratively with schools, industry, and government agencies.
• Understanding of skills development and human capital strategies is an advantage.
