1. Customer Relationship Management:
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with Chinese factory clients in SEZ.
- Act as the main point of contact for all Chinese customers.
- Address client inquiries, concerns, and ensure timely resolution.
2. Business Development:
- Identify opportunities to increase sales and expand the customer base.
- Develop and implement strategies to grow business within SEZ.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to attract new clients.
3. Operations Management:
- Oversee the operational performance of factory-related services for Chinese clients.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies.
- Cordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
4. Reporting and Communication:
- Provide regular reports to senior management on client status, market trends, and business performance.
- Communicate effectively in both Mandarin and English with clients and internal teams.
5. Team Leadership:
- Lead, mentor, and manage staff assigned to Chinese customer accounts.
- Ensure the team meets customer service and operational objectives.
• Chinese National.
• Fluent in Mandarin and English (both written and spoken).
• Bachelor’s degree or above in Business, Management, or related field.
• Proven experience in managing factory clients, preferably in SEZ or industrial zones.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle complex client needs.
