1. Oversee SEZ operations, ensuring compliance with local laws, SEZ regulations, and company policies.
2. Manage logistics operations including import/export, warehousing, transportation, and distribution.
3. Coordinate customs clearance processes, liaising with customs officials, freight forwarders, and relevant authorities.
4. Monitor and improve operational performance, cost efficiency, and process optimization.
5. Lead and manage the SEZ operations team in Svay Rieng Province.
6. Develop operational reports, KPIs, and provide regular updates to senior management.
7. Ensure safety, security, and quality standards across all operational activities.
8. Collaborate with other departments, such as Sales, Finance, and HR, for smooth cross-functional operations.
9. Other tasks which are assigned by superiors

• Vietnamese nationality, fluent in English (spoken and written).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics, customs clearance in SEZ operations.
• Proven experience working in Special Economic Zones (SEZ), preferably in Vietnam or Southeast Asia.
• Strong understanding of SEZ regulations, logistics processes, and import/export compliance.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel to Svay Rieng Province as required.
• Proficiency in MS Office and relevant logistics software.
• Working Hour: 8:00am – 5:00pm (Mon – Fri), 8:00am – 12:00 (Sat)
