• Develop and implement business development and sales strategies for fabric and textile products.
• Identify new local and international customers (garment factories, exporters, designers, brands).
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Prepare sales proposals, pricing, and contracts in coordination with management.
• Conduct market research to analyze trends, competitors, and customer needs.
• Coordinate with production, quality, and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Achieve sales targets and report performance to senior management.
• Represent the company at business meetings, trade fairs, and industry events.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Textile Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing, preferably in fabric, textile, or garment industries.
• Strong understanding of fabric types, textile production, or garment supply chain is an advantage.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to develop new markets and close deals.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Working Hour: 8:00am – 5:00pm (Mon – Fri) , 8:00am – 12:00 (Sat)
