- Manage end-to-end recruitment for SEZ factories and companies.
- Coordinate manpower planning with SEZ management and factory leaders.
- Handle employee onboarding, contracts, and HR documentation.
- Support payroll coordination and labor administration.
- Ensure compliance with Cambodian Labor Law and SEZ regulations.
- Liaise with authorities and labor offices.
- Support employee relations and conflict resolution.
- Prepare HR reports for management.
Public Relations (PR)
- Act as communication bridge between SEZ companies, workers, authorities, and communities.
- Support recruitment campaigns, job fairs, and CSR programs.
- Coordinate internal and external communications.
- Handle inquiries and complaints professionally.
- Support media coordination and official communications.
- Assist in crisis communication.
General Responsibilities
- Travel to SEZ sites when required.
- Support management with ad-hoc tasks.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, PR, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Minimum 1–3 years of relevant experience.
- Experience with factories or SEZ preferred.
- Knowledge of Cambodian Labor Law.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Problem-solving and conflict management abilities.
- Able to communicate in English fluently and Chinese is a plus.
- Willing to travel to provinces.
- Able to work under pressure.
- High ethics and confidentiality.
- working Hour: 8:00am – 5:00pm (Mon – Fri) , 8:00am – 12:00 (Sat)
