-Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes (job postings, interviews, and new hire documentation).
-Manage employee records and update HR databases.
-Coordinate employee training and development programs.
-Support payroll processing and employee benefits management.
-Assist in performance appraisal processes and employee relations.
-Ensure compliance with Cambodian labor laws and company policies.
-Handle employee inquiries related to HR policies and procedures.
-Organize HR events and team-building activities.
-Strong knowledge of Cambodian labor laws and HR best practices.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
-Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR software.
-Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
-Languages: Proficiency in both Khmer and English is preferred.
