-Greet visitors, clients, and guests in a professional and courteous manner.
-Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and handle inquiries.
-Schedule and manage appointments, meetings, and office calendar.
-Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
-Assist with administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and handling office supplies.
-Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
-Support other team members with various office duties as needed.
-High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred).
-Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role is an advantage.
-Excellent communication skills in both Khmer and English.
-Professional appearance and demeanor.
-Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
-Proficient in Microsoft Office and general office equipment.
-Positive attitude and strong problem-solving abilities.
