• Conduct training needs assessment within IGT through training needs and job analysis, appraisal schemes, and consultation with staff’s immediate supervisor.
• Assist in developing an annual training plan and training budget and ensure that all training activities are in place with effective and efficient budgeting.
• Formulate the training design and materials development by determining participants and setting behavioral training objectives, working cross-department for training course contents, and determining the most appropriate methodologies to be used.
• Develop and coordinate all training activities processes within IGT by contacting resource persons, preparing proposals and schedules for approval, and acting as a class monitor to make sure that the training course is managed effectively and efficiently.
• Assist in producing training reports and monthly employee training records to make sure that all training activities and staff training are regularly recorded and filed.
• Conduct training follow-up and reporting to make sure staff get trained and there is regular follow-up on their competencies.
• Assist to regularly monitor quality of training and take appropriate action to strengthen training quality.
• Build networking with resource persons internally and external training companies.
• Assist in conducting the annual employee satisfaction survey.
• Coordinate the development and periodic review of the PMS implementation manuals and tools
• Conduct presentations and training to management and staff on the PMS
• Ensure alignment of the PMS with the organizational goals and strategies
• Prepare analytic reports on performance results at organizational, directorate, and unit levels.
• Initiate and make recommendations for the adoption of performance-related reward interventions to improve productivity and employee morale
• Other tasks assigned by HRM/CEO.
