-Oversee and manage the logistics and transportation operations to ensure timely delivery and cost efficiency.
-Supervise and coordinate warehouse operations, inventory management, and order fulfillment.
-Monitor and analyze logistics performance, identifying areas for improvement.
-Collaborate with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to streamline processes and resolve any operational issues.
-Ensure compliance with local and international logistics regulations and standards.
-Maintain accurate records of shipments, inventory, and delivery schedules.
-Lead, train, and manage a team of logistics personnel.

-Strong understanding of logistics and supply chain management principles.
-Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
-Proficiency in logistics software and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
-Ability to analyze data and solve operational issues quickly.
-Strong communication and negotiation skills.
-Knowledge of Cambodian logistics regulations and local suppliers is a plus.
