-Assist with recruitment processes (job postings, interviewing, onboarding).
-Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies.
-Handle day-to-day administrative tasks, including office supplies, meeting arrangements, and correspondence.
-Assist in organizing training sessions, employee events, and performance reviews.
-Handle employee inquiries and address HR-related concerns.
-Monitor attendance, leave records, and payroll data.
-Support in maintaining a positive working environment.
-Assist in ensuring compliance with labor laws and company regulations.
-Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
-Experience: Previous experience in HR or administrative roles is a plus.
-Communication: Strong communication skills in Khmer (English is a plus).
-Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and time management skills.
-Attention to Detail: Ability to maintain accurate employee records and handle confidential information.
-Software Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with HR software is a plus.
