-Host live Facebook sales sessions, presenting products and engaging with potential customers.
-Respond to customer inquiries during live sessions and follow up on sales leads.
-Create and post content (photos, videos, etc.) to attract and engage viewers.
-Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and promotions to effectively communicate with customers.
-Track sales performance and report daily/weekly results to management.
-Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions and concerns promptly.
-Proven experience in sales, preferably in an indoor retail or online environment.
-Comfortable using Facebook Live and engaging with customers in real-time.
-Strong communication skills in both Khmer and English.
-Familiarity with social media trends, especially Facebook and online selling techniques.
-Positive, friendly attitude and a strong desire to achieve sales targets.
-Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
-Previous experience in customer service or telesales is a plus.
