-Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, influencers, and key stakeholders.
-Attend events, product launches, and promotional activities to increase brand visibility.
-Engage with followers and customers on social media platforms to boost brand engagement.
-Educate potential customers about the brand’s values, benefits, and unique selling points.
-Collect customer feedback and insights to help improve products and services.
-Represent the brand positively and professionally in all public-facing activities.
-High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred).
-Previous experience in customer service, sales, or as a brand ambassador (preferred).
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
-Passion for the brand and the ability to share its message enthusiastically.
-Active on social media with a strong online presence (Instagram, Facebook, etc.).
-Outgoing, approachable, and confident with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
-Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple events or campaigns.
-Fluent in both Khmer and English (preferred).
-Flexible schedule and availability for events or campaigns.
