-Develop and implement brand strategies to increase market share and brand awareness.
-Manage and oversee brand campaigns across digital and traditional media platforms.
-Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints, including packaging, advertising, and promotional activities.
-Conduct market research and consumer analysis to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for brand growth.
-Collaborate with product development, marketing, and sales teams to align brand strategy with company objectives.
-Monitor brand performance and analyze metrics to adjust strategies as needed.
-Manage the brand budget and allocate resources effectively.
-Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners, agencies, and media outlets.
-Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
-Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in brand management, marketing, or a related role.
-Strong understanding of branding, market research, and consumer behavior.
-Experience in developing and executing marketing and advertising campaigns.
-Excellent communication, project management, and leadership skills.
-Proficient in digital marketing tools and social media platforms.
-Analytical mindset with the ability to measure and track brand performance.
-Creative, proactive, and able to think strategically.
-Fluency in English and Khmer (preferred).
