-Lead and manage the creative team to produce engaging and high-quality content for digital and traditional media.
-Develop creative concepts and strategies for advertising, branding, and marketing campaigns.
-Collaborate with marketing, design, and media teams to ensure creative alignment with company goals.
-Oversee the creation of visual assets (graphics, videos, etc.) and written content (copywriting, scripts, etc.).
-Manage multiple creative projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met.
-Present creative ideas and concepts to senior management and clients.
-Provide guidance and mentorship to junior creative team members.
-Stay current with industry trends and innovations in design, content, and digital media.
-Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
-Minimum 3 years of experience in a creative or design management role.
-Strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative work (branding, digital content, advertising, etc.).
-Expertise in creative software tools (Adobe Creative Suite, etc.) and design principles.
-Excellent communication and leadership skills.
-Strong understanding of branding, marketing, and consumer behavior.
-Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects with attention to detail.
-Fluency in English and Khmer (preferred).
-Creative, visionary, and passionate about staying ahead of design trends.
