-Develop and execute media strategies to drive brand awareness and engagement.
-Plan, negotiate, and manage media buying across traditional and digital platforms (TV, radio, online, social media, etc.).
-Collaborate with the marketing team to align media strategies with campaign objectives.
-Monitor and optimize media spend for cost-efficiency and maximum ROI.
-Analyze campaign performance and generate reports on media KPIs.
-Stay up-to-date with media trends and industry changes to keep strategies relevant.
-Build and maintain relationships with media vendors, agencies, and partners.
-Coordinate the distribution of media content across appropriate channels.
-Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field.
-Minimum of 3 years of experience in media planning, buying, or management.
-Strong understanding of both traditional and digital media channels.
-Experience with media analytics tools and platforms (Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.).
-Excellent negotiation, communication, and project management skills.
-Ability to analyze media performance data and optimize strategies accordingly.
-Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.
-Fluency in English and Khmer (preferred).
-Creative and strategic thinker with a passion for media trends.
