Job Description

-Oversee the recruitment and onboarding process for new employees.
-Manage employee relations and resolve workplace conflicts.
-Ensure compliance with Cambodian labor laws and internal HR policies.
-Supervise HR administrative functions such as payroll processing, leave management, and record keeping.
-Support performance management processes, including appraisals and feedback sessions.
-Assist in training and development programs for employees.
-Maintain employee records and handle HR documentation efficiently.
-Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related issues.
-Contribute to HR strategy planning and implementation.
