1. Develop and update product training courses and materials (courseware, videos, manuals).
2. Deliver training to internal teams (sales, promoters, etc.) and external clients.
3. Empower sales and promoter teams to improve their product explanation and support capabilities.
4. Evaluate training effectiveness and continuously optimize content and methods.

1. At least 1 year of product/technical training or related experience.
2. Excellent presentation and course design skills; proficient in using PPT/video production tools.
3. Ability to quickly grasp complex products; clear logic; strong communication skills.
4. Passionate and empathetic; possesses excellent teamwork and stress resistance.
5. Proficient in English (speaking, listening, reading, and writing) and Khmer.
6. Priority for whom experience in training within the mobile phone and PC industries.
7. Age around 24-35 years old
